The Custodian is responsible maintaining the Distribution Center cleanliness.

(Coburn's) operates locations in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama serving the needs of the construction industry. Operating with three Central Distribution Centers in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi enables the company to offer faster and more efficient service to our customers.

Our customers include plumbing, heating and air conditioning, mechanical, municipal and utility, and general contractors, as well as home builders and re-modelers.

Coburn's kitchen and bath showroom locations feature displays of a variety of quality plumbing products and accessories for the kitchen and bath. **Summary**

** Physical Requirements**

Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to occasionally stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.

Must pass company required drug screen and physical.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Dust

* Sweep

* Mop

* Empty Trash

* Clean & restock restrooms

* Clean & maintain break area

* Spot clean as needed areas that may need special attention
